Chec cu branza de vaci si visine

Ingrediente     
Branza de vaci 500 g
Gris 400 g
Oua 4 buc
Unt 80 g
Smantana 250 g
Visine din visinata 500 g
Zahar pudra 170 g
Mirodenii
Praf de copt 1 pliculet







Mod de preparare

Untul impreuna cu zaharul se freaca spuma.
Se adauga pe rand galbenusurile .
Apoi se pune branza de vaci , grisul, praful de copt si mirodeniile.
Se incorporeaza albusurile batute spuma.
Compozitia se pune intr-o forma dreptunghiulara tapetata cu hartie pergament si se coace 35-40 minute la 170 grade.
Visinele se scot de samburi, se amesteca cu smantana si se toarna peste checul fierbinte si se mai lasa in cuptorul oprit inca 7-8 minute.
